It's not red or hot & when in apartment have elevated it & used frozen peas to ice it, on a towel. It's not sore at rest or too bad when walking, although I have been wearing a knee support. My knee has been complaining & become more painful especially going down stairs. Also been walking more over rough ground. We are in an apartment 36 stairs up which I climb 2-4 times a day. I'm on holiday in Tenerife & have been for 3 weeks, (I know lucky me), going home on Tuesday. Knee still stiff in the morning & swollen which is to be expected, but minimal discomfort. Walking for about a mile at a time, & using stairs with no problem. No problems with my wound, & did all the excercises the physio advised. Hi, I had a RTKR on 31/7/17, & had a good uneventful recovery.
